I specialize in working with individuals through life challenges and transitions, specifically career, education, college, relationship, or personal growth — we will focus on where you want to go and how to get there, with a solution-focused approach.
Secondly, I also specialize in working with those who were raised or currently live or work overseas. As a child, I spent 11 years of my life growing up in Japan. My goal is to walk beside you or your child, working through cultural barriers, identity, and expat life.
This is a collaborative, person-centered, and results-oriented process, tailored to the individual - none of our journeys are the same. You don't have to have all the answers, you just have to be ready to start.
I am taking new clients beginning February 2027.

$110 per session
I do not currently accept insurance, but I can provide a Super Bill upon request for clients to submit to their insurance for reimbursement.
